Classic Boat Line

This is a smaller version of the Powassan. Designed for both lighter weight and a classic look, it is a good second boat for the cottage or for the fisherman that wants to fish that “out of the way” lake. It has two sets of oarlocks and it’s narrow stern allows for easy rowing. Can also be built with the lighter planking and fibreglass covering to make a car top model.

The Genesee paddling canoe has proven its worth over the years. It weighs between 65 and 70 lbs and has a deep outside keel, making it a good choice for lakes and large rivers.

The Wolfe is a V stern canoe that can take a small outboard motor and yet is still narrow enough that it can easily be paddled. It can also be built with a rowing seat . It weighs in at about 80 lbs.

The Restoule canoe is a square stern canoe that can carry large loads and is very stable. It is the smallest of our freighter canoes. It will handle up to a 5 hp motor, but works best with a 2 or 3 hp. It weighs in at about 90 lbs.

Originally designed for the Toronto Police Marine Dept for their Lifeguard division, this row boat is also popular with cottagers who want a boat that is easy to row and will hold a couple of children and a dog. It has 2 rowing stations and although not designed for an outboard motor it can be outfitted with a 2hp or an electric trolling motor.
